Parties as healing art- 1

Parties , festivals, dances, food, are high healing art. They unite community, bring people together and get you high. People have fun, and dance and move with the music and eat. In Greece, they are experts at this, they practiced it for thousands and years and got it right. Most parties are for church, are spiritual in origin and then turn musical and turn into wild dancing. Some are for harvest food etc. like this bread party. In Tinos they have parties for Raki, honey, bread, artichokes and for Easter, the Virgin Mary etc.

Yesterday night we went to a bread party in the mountain village of Volax. They showed the children how to make bread, how they did it for thousands of years, then they brought out fresh bread, olives, cheese, artichokes, and wine and raki and water, and the musicians started to play and everyone danced for hours with the wild north wind, sunset and lots of home made Greek wine.

Healing art for self, others, community and earth, think about it. The first healing dance, (Boiling Energy) was a little like this too.
