The mounting evidence shows that offering amenities, food, and a sense of community is essential to enticing people back to the office. Forbes highlights the importance of culinary options for this purpose. I'm excited because, at 550 Broad Street, we are ahead of the curve with . Soon, Melba's will be our neighbor in the building. We offer everything from event spaces to convening areas, a members' clubhouse, and a lounge. We are making it happen. So come take space with us! www.equalspace.co

The beauty of Founders of Color. I had the privilege of working alongside Shennell McCloud through Project Ready, an organization dedicated to impacting youth through literacy and the power of voting. There, she won the admiration of myself and my team because she works tirelessly. As we grew close, it was no surprise to see that her personal convictions were beautiful and that her partner and family were just breathtaking. The truly beautiful part is how she, like so many founders, took her pain and turned it into purpose. She has created The Ase House, a safe space for women of color. At her divorce party, she held a healing experience for herself and allowed us to be present and celebrate this new era and venture. I truly cannot wait to see the impact she will make through this new business and thank her for turning what could lessen a spirit into something that uplifts others. Consider supporting this initiative as she is in fundraising mode! Support here https://lnkd.in/dvshQMRS

Today was able to celebrate 40 years of the impact Panasonic North America foundation. The leadership of Alejandra Ceja and her team Jessica Mckenzie, MPA under CEO of North America Megan Myungwon Lee has led to so much movement for youth to equitably access STEAM initiatives and pathways to success. It was moving and inspiring to see what scalable investment can lead to through the testimony of grant recipients and Panasonic executives.
