The couple, who tied the knot in 2010, looked happier than ever as they posed for pictures on the red carpet for the actor's new Apple TV+ series.
The Internship star, 54, cut a dapper figure in a black suit while Kyla, 45, turned heads in a figure-hugging, plunging red gown.
Elsewhere at the premiere, Vince's co-stars Meredith Hagner and Charlotte Lawrence were all smiles as they posed up a storm for cameras.
The duo showed their close bond as they wrapped their arms around one another before holding hands and pouting in a second snap.

Vince's appearance at the premiere comes hours after he made arare public appearance with his family to celebrate the unveiling of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Swingers star was joined by his wife Kyla and their two children, 13-year-old daughter Locklyn and 11-year-old son Vernon, as he delivered a heartfelt tribute to them from the podium during the ceremony.
'My beautiful wife Kyla, I'm so glad that you're with me on this now, I'm so grateful for you and these beautiful kids and for all the laughter that we share together,' Vince gushed about his wife, whom he married in 2010.
'As much as all this means, Vernon and Locklyn, you guys really do need to know that you guys are the most important thing in the world to me,' he added.
The event also saw appearances from celebs like Mel Gibson and Peter Billingsley, as well as Bill Lawrence, the mastermind behind Scrubs and Ted Lasso, who is currently serving as an executive producer on Vaughn’s latest series Bad Monkey.
Earlier in the day, Vince posed with wife Kyla and their two children, daughter Locklyn, 13, and son Vernon, 11, to celebrate the unveiling of his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
During his speech, Vince playfully remarked that while it was great to have famous friends in the crowd, his wife and children were the most important people present.
'You're not as lucrative and you don't give me access to the kind of stuff that this kind of thing does,' he joked.
'But with that all being said, you guys are the most important and I love you very much. It's great to have you guys with me.'
Also present in the audience were Vaughn’s parents, Vernon Vaughn and Sharon Eileen Depalmo.
His two sisters, Valeri and Victoria Vaughn, also joined in to celebrate the special occasion with the family.
